What methods have you used in your business to create an environment where Innovation occurs?: At the basic level, we challenge people to come up with as many ideas as possible, to exhaust the "usual suspects" of solutions. For tougher problems, we select a team of people to address the situation, give them basic Creativity Training, and see what they can come up with. For complex challenges, we use the AIT Group and Farsight Group's Advanced Innovation Methodology to build up an advanced cadre of Innovation Leaders. These Leaders are able to spread the techniques of innovative thinking to whichever problem solving team they are on.
